Lacey Act Compliant

In 2008, Congress passed a law banning commerce in illegally sourced plants and their products, including wood products. It is unlawful to import, export, sell, acquire, or purchase fish, wildlife or plants and plant products, including products made from illegally logged woods, that are taken, possessed, transported, or sold: 1) in violation of U.S. or Indian law, or 2) in interstate or foreign commerce involving any fish, wildlife, or plants taken possessed or sold in violation of State or foreign law.

PEFC®

The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) throughout the entire forest supply chain to promote good practice in the forest and to ensure that timber and non-timber forest products are produced with respect for the highest ecological, social and ethical standards
